Docyrus uses infrastructure-based pricing for AI Native companies. All plans include platform access, app and agent building capability, and transparent usage limits, so teams pay for execution and capacity rather than per-seat access.

## How to Use This Document

1. Determine whether the customer fits a standard plan or needs enterprise/custom pricing.
2. Choose the billing mode first: annual billing or monthly billing.
3. Select the smallest plan that covers the required included capacity for storage, runs, requests, AI credits, and AI index storage.
4. Add human support if the team needs SLA-backed ticketing, phone response, or a named success contact.
5. Compare expected overage with resource pack pricing and use the lower-cost option when sustained usage exceeds included capacity.
6. If the customer needs dedicated infrastructure, custom SLAs, SSO-heavy enterprise rollout, or custom contracts, route the opportunity to enterprise quoting.

## Key Definitions

- Infrastructure-based pricing: Docyrus charges for metered platform usage such as storage, automation runs, integration requests, AI credits, and AI index storage.
- Annual billing: the listed annual price is the monthly-equivalent rate on an annual commitment.
- Monthly billing: the listed monthly price is the month-to-month rate for the same plan.
- Resource packs: fixed-capacity add-ons that can be purchased after any active plan to expand usage at a lower cost than repeated overage in many cases.
- Support tiers: optional support upgrades available only with an active Docyrus plan. AI Support is included with every plan.

Docyrus also supports enterprise deployment patterns for organizations that need compliance-heavy rollouts, dedicated infrastructure, and advanced support coverage.

- Use enterprise/custom quoting when the customer requires dedicated infrastructure, private cloud or on-premise deployment, or advanced security controls.
- Use enterprise/custom quoting when the engagement includes custom SLAs, contract negotiation, or named success ownership beyond packaged support.

- **How does Docyrus pricing work?**
  Docyrus includes platform access in every plan and charges based on infrastructure usage. Consumption such as storage, automation runs, API requests, and AI credits is metered transparently.
- **Is Docyrus priced per user?**
  No. Docyrus is not fundamentally a seat-priced product. Plans may include user limits, but the economic model is based on usage and execution volume rather than charging every user for access.
- **What is included in every plan?**
  Every plan includes access to the Docyrus platform, app and agent building capabilities, and the core development environment inside the tenant. Plans mainly differ by capacity and usage limits.
- **What are the lowest and highest plans today?**
  Starter is free for the first 6 months when billed annually. After the promo period, paid plans start at $29/month (billed annually) and go up to $1,999/month (billed annually) for the Prime plan. Monthly billing starts at $36/month for Starter from day one. The 6-months-free promo applies to annual billing only.
- **Can I purchase support or resource packs without a plan?**
  No. All support tiers and resource packs require an active Docyrus plan. After purchasing a plan, you can add support upgrades or resource packs at any time.
- **What happens after I purchase a plan?**
  After purchasing a plan, you get full platform access, can deploy apps, and receive included AI support. You can then upgrade to human support tiers (Business, Priority, Dedicated-Success) or add resource packs (storage, AI credits, automation runs) as your needs grow.
- **Can I add support or resources to the Starter plan?**
  Yes. You can add support tiers (Business, Priority, Dedicated-Success) or resource packs (storage, AI credits, automation runs) to any plan, including Starter.
